Online Return Form

We want our customers to enjoy our beautiful products and services. So let us know if anything is not as expected or how we can improve products and/or services. Use the Online Return Form to submit a return request for online purchases. Please note that online purchases may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days. Follow the instructions below in order to process your return quick and properly.

  • Fill in the Online Return Form below.
  • Wait for Johnny Loco to accept your return request.
  • When accepted, accessories can be send in its original packaging. Unharmed and in good condition, with a copy of the purchase invoice. Please pack it carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. We suggest using a carton box and bubble wrap.
  • When one or multiple bicycles need to be returned, we will contact you to make a pick-up appointment.
  • If possible, send a shipment confirmation by sharing the track & trace code provided by the shipment carrier. Johnny Loco is not responsible for items lost in transit and a return cannot be processed until the item is received.

To return an item not purchased online, please contact us via support@johnny-loco.com with your contact details, a description and clear images of the item you want to return.
