To return an item not purchased online, please send an email to email@example.com with your purchase details, a description and clear images of the item(s) you want to return.
Use the Online Return Form to submit a return request for online purchases. Please note that a return request must be submitted within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving. You have another 14 days to return the order. Follow the instructions below in order to process your return quick and properly.

- Wait for Johnny Loco to accept your return request.
- When accepted, accessories must be send in their original packaging. Unharmed and in good condition, with a copy of the purchase invoice. Please pack it carefully to prevent damage during shipping. We suggest using a carton box and bubble wrap.
- When one or multiple bicycles need to be returned, we will contact you to make a pick-up appointment.
- Please send a shipment notification by sharing the track & trace code provided by the shipment carrier. Johnny Loco is not responsible for items lost in transit and a return cannot be processed until the item is received.
