Shipping policy
Turnaround
All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Eyewear (sunglasses and optical frames), watches, bicycle parts & accessories all get shipped and delivered by DHL. Orders including bicycles get shipped within a week. Bigger items, such as the E-Cargo Cruiser & Twin Cruiser, require assembling before shipment. It may take 1-2 weeks before shipment due to great demand and arranging the shipment of odd-size packages. Bikes get delivered by Van de Hoef Logistiek (Benelux). Shipments within the EU get delivered by various logistic partners. Shipments outside the EU are send by DHL. The delivery service will contact you to make an appointment when a bicycle can be delivered at the specified address. That is why your phone number is required when placing an order.

Shipments outside the EU get shipped by DHL.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with this tracking information. This only applies when your order does NOT contain a bike.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your product(s) and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Keep in mind we ship worldwide, but always from The Netherlands. So the further away you live, the higher the shipping rates will be.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
