To which countries do you ship?
It is possible to ship to any country.

How long does it take for my bike to arrive?
This depends on the location the bicycle(s) need to be shipped to. The bicycles will be shipped from The Netherlands. We will contact you when we have received your order to make an appointment when we can deliver your bicycle.

Do you deliver on weekends?
The bicycles are not delivered on weekends. This has to do with the available delivery services.

What are the costs for delivery?
The shipping costs are calculated per country.

How do I get my new Johnny Loco bike delivered?
You will receive your new bicycle in a cardboard box. All you have to do is adjust the saddle to the correct height, tighten the pedals, adjust the handlebars and inflate the tires.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Certainly. You always have time to cancel an order. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.

How do returns work?
Are you not completely satisfied or have you decided, for whatever reason, to return the product? No problem. Send an email to support@johnny-loco.com to register your return and use the enclosed return slip. For a large product such as a bicycle, the bicycle will be picked up by a connected delivery service.

What should I do if the box is damaged upon receipt?
Always check the box immediately after you have received it. Do you notice any damage? Take pictures and mail them to us at support@johnny-loco.com. We will help you find a solution as quickly as possible.

Is there a warranty on a Johnny Loco bicycle?
You have a two year warranty on the frame, parts and accessories. Provided that they are all original. Flat tires are not covered by the warranty conditions.
 
How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard and a MasterCard.
 
What is your privacy policy?

Can I test drive the Johnny Loco bicycle first?
For sure. You can try out the bicycle at various bicycle dealers. Find a location near you at https://johnnyloco.com/locations

Where can I try a Johnny Loco bicycle?
You can try the bike in different stores. In addition, we offer an exclusive test drive option at home. One of our bicycle specialists will come over to your home and provide you with all possible information.
Note: this service is only available for an (electric) cargo bike or regular electric bike.

Do all dealers have the same bicycles?
No, not all bicycle dealers have the same bicycles in stock. If in doubt, always send an email to support@johnny-loco.com first. You will immediately receive the best option for you.

Do I have to assemble the bike myself?
The bicycle is already 95% assembled. All you have to do is adjust the saddle to the correct height, tighten the pedals, adjust the handlebars and inflate the tires.
 
Can I mount a child seat on my Johnny Loco 2-wheeled bike?
Yes, those possibilities are certainly there. All Johnny Loco bicycles can be fitted with a child seat on the carrier, frame or on the handlebars. We kindly ask to let a bicycle dealer advice and install a child seat for you
 
Do you also sell Johnny Loco child seats for a 2-wheeled bike?
No, we do not sell child seats. Universal child seats can easily be placed on Johnny Loco bikes.
 
What is my frame size?
For the correct frame size, please look at the frame size table next to the product. Note: the men's bicycles have a different frame size than the women's bicycles. 

Where can I find the frame number?
You will find the frame number under the bottom bracket. If you are going to insure your new bike, you will need it.

Does Johnny Loco work with the bike plan?
Yes that is certainly possible. Are you curious about the possibilities? Contact us at support@johnny-loco.com.

Where can I find the Grand 1888 bikes?

What is important to do before I go on the road?
Inflate the tires to the desired pressure. Open the valve cap and inflate the tires until they are properly inflated. Place the cap back on the valve and test your tire pressure by applying some pressure to the steering wheel/front wheel.
 
What should I pay attention to in order to have a good sitting position?
Ensure that all bolts and nuts are properly tightened at all times. This also means that you have to tighten the handlebars firmly and position the saddle in the right position.

I have not received an order confirmation email, how is this possible?
It may take a while before you receive the order confirmation. Be sure to also check your spam inbox. If you have not received your order confirmation after an hour, please mail us on support@johnny-loco.com

To which countries do you ship?
We can ship to any country.

How long does it take for my product to arrive and at what costs?
Orders and shipments in the BeNeLux (Belgium, The Netherlands & Luxembourg) take 1-3 working days. Shipments in other EU (European Union) countries take 3-5 working days. All these shipments are FOC (Free Of Charge). The rest of Europe takes up tp 10 working days to deliver with a flat rate of €16 per shipment. The rest of the world takes up to 20 working days to deliver with a flat rate of €24 per shipment.

Do you deliver on weekends?
We do not deliver on the weekends.

How do returns work?
Are you not completely satisfied or have you decided, for whatever reason, to return the product? No problem. Use our Online Return Form.
 
How will my new Johnny Loco watch be delivered?
Your new watch is packed in a fabric watch holder and a cardboard box.

How will my new Johnny Loco sunglasses be delivered?
Our sunglasses are delivered in a high quality felt soft-case with a branded microfiber cleaning cloth, packed in a cardboard box. Our optical frames are delivered in a hardcase with a branded microfiber cleaning cloth, also packed in a cardboard box.


Can I change or cancel my order?
Certainly. You always have time to cancel an order. Send an email to support@johnny-loco.com within 12 hours after you placed the order, so we can help you.

What should I do if the box is damaged upon receipt?
Reach out to the Online Return Form to submit your problem. Johnny Loco will determine what to do when such problems occur.

 
What warranty do I get on the Johnny Loco eyewear and watches?
You have a two year international warranty. If there are any issues with your watch, please visit a jewelry shop to determine what's wrong with it. For (sun)glasses, please visit your local optician.

What is your privacy policy?
We will never share or resell your personal information with third parties.

Can I try/test the Johnny Loco glasses first?
Yes, you can. Find an optician nearby using our Online Dealer Locator.

Can I see the Johnny Loco watch on my wrist first?
The Johnny Loco Luna Watches are exclusively sold online.

Can I replace the battery myself?
No, you cannot do this yourself. We recommend you to go to a jewelry store or watch specialist to have the battery replaced there. This ensures you get a genuine battery and the watch stays waterproof.

Could I change my wristband after a while?
Yes, you can. The watch straps are available in different colors. These are sold separately in our webshop.

How do I clean my glasses?
Here is a step by step guide:

  • Carefully wash and dry your hands.
  • Hold the frame by the nose bridge or the eyeglass. Don’t touch the lenses.
  • Pat a clean cloth in the water with mild soap and clean the glasses.
  • Make gentle circular movements from the outside of the glasses to the center until they are completely clean.
  • Then proceed to the rest of the glasses with the same circular motions.
  • Dry your glasses with a dry clean cloth.
  • Done! 

Please note the following:

  • Do not dry with heat (hair dryer)
  • Do not clean with solvents
  • NEVER use towel/toilet paper or handkerchiefs
  • Do not make crazy movements while cleaning
  • Do not leave your glasses in the sun
  • Dry your glasses as quickly as possible
  • Do not clean with a dirty cloth
  • Do not use too much water and cleaning agents
  • Clean your glasses regularly 

More tips!

  • Keep your glasses in their case when you are not wearing them. This way it remains dust free and protected against everything in your bag.
  • Wash your cleaning cloth regularly in warm water with soap.
  • A dirty cloth means dirty glasses.
  • If you want to take your glasses off, grab them by the nose bridge and lift it forwards and upwards. Do not grab the temples, as this may cause them to become looser.
