We provide a two (2) year international warranty against factory defects and/or workmanship. Every case is unique, but we have a general rule dealing with damaged eyewear during the two year warranty period: if a product is defective, we will replace if for free. If the same item is out of stock we can exchange it for another color or for something similar of your choice. Registering your warranty issue is easy! Just simply contact our partner in your country by sending an email with a photo of the damage including date and a proof of purchase. Or register your warranty issue using our Online Return Form.

There are some exceptions to the rule; this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or if damage is caused by abuse or improper use.
Johnny Loco offers free standard shipping within the EU for all orders of 15 pcs or more. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, you can track the delivery status of your order at any time. When an order is placed using the Dealer Portal, it will also get listed in your order history.
Johnny Loco only offers free returns within 14 days of purchasing the Home Try-out Box at our optical fair, which takes place on January 25 & 26, 2021.
Unused Johnny Loco eyewear must always be sent back in its original purchase condition and packaging for full credit. Please register your returns using our Online Return Form.
