Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. In its original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or if only a part of the purchase is returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If not possible, the credit will be transferred to your bank account, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or other payment company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@johnny-loco.com

Sale items
Sale items are refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if you have received the wrong - read color, size or type -product, that are incomplete or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, use the Online Return Form to request a product exchange.

Gift cards 
Gift cards purchased online can't be returned. 

Shipping 
Items purchased online can be sent back after approval of Johnny Loco. Please fill in the Online Return Form first to receive clear instructions provided by Johnny Loco to successfully process your return request.

Delivery time
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
